Georgia Tech's Distance Learning and Professional Education (DLPE) unit provides quality training and education programs in interactive formats for adult learners. Last year, more than 18,000 people enrolled from around the world took courses via DLPE. Participants learned new techniques and helpful information for improving their current job capabilities as well as how to position themselves for new employment opportunities.

Georgia Tech DLPE provides the following opportunities:
* Online master degrees and non-credit courses.
* Face-to-face non-credit training programs and conferences at many locations including the Global Learning Center on the Georgia Tech Atlanta campus, other Georgia Tech campus locations, as well as Denver, Las Vegas, Orlando and Washington D.C. Non-credit programs are also available to be presented at a specified company location.
* English proficiency programs to improve writing and speaking skills.
* Hosting of corporate and private meetings and events in the Global Learning Center, enabling cost efficient and quality programs that utilize Georgia Tech's technologies and world-renown expertise.
