He\u0026nbsp;heads up the firm\u2019s real estate development team and is actively involved in drafting the legal documents for condominium, mixed-use, new urbanism and master planned communities. Seth represents developers, builders, lenders and real estate brokers with respect to all aspects of real estate law.
