  <body><![CDATA[<p>Song Byeok is a former North Korean propaganda artist and now is a contemporary artist satirizing oppressive regimes worldwide.&nbsp;Song Byeok will speak about his past life as a state-sponsored&nbsp;painter in North Korea and his journey to artistic&nbsp;freedom.&nbsp;Introduction will be given by Dr. John L.
