  <title><![CDATA[Inventing the Future 2012: A Seminar for Inventors & Entrepreneurs]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p><strong>Inventing the Future 2012</strong>&nbsp;is a one-day invention seminar covering the America Invent Act, provisional patent applications, technology commercialization and other related topics on Saturday, April 21 in the Clough Commons Auditoria.&nbsp;</p><p>Experts from USPTO, Georgia Tech, <a href="http://gainventors.org/">Inventors Association of Georgia</a>, and local groups will help attendees understand the new patent law, tips for filing a patent, and offer ideas on how to move your invention.</p><p>Sponsored by the Georgia Tech Library, a Patent and Trademark Resource Center, and the Inventors Association of Georgia,<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Inventing the Future 2012<strong>&nbsp;</strong>will bring together inventors, entrepreneurs, researchers, students and professionals to socialize and share information on invention and business development. Jilda Garton,&nbsp;Vice President for Research at the Georgia Tech Research Corporation, will present the keynote address at 9:10 a.m.</p><p>During lunch, an inventor spotlight will highlight a group of selected inventors with their prototype models.
