Sustainable technologies can help to meet the ever increasing demand for energy while reducing the harmful effects men have placed on the environment. Join us and hear of few examples of how faculty and graduate students at Georgia Tech are developing green technologies including harvesting energy from solar vortices like dust-devils, capturing carbon dioxide to reduce the greenhouse effect and developing effective public policy for energy use.

Going Green: Sustainable Technologies is the sixth panel in the Blended Research Series organized by the Faculty Engagement Department of the Georgia Tech Library.

Blended Research @ the Library is a panel discussion series focusing on multidisciplinary research. At each session faculty and graduate students from various departments present research in an area that crosses over several disciplines.
