Her studies indicate that, since the economic reforms of the early 1990s, there has been a significant increase in the segregation of the poor in India, particularly in the urban sector.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe Ruggles Prize aims to develop the scholarship of young researchers.
