Goals should be discussed and documented by Oct. 31.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cPlanning together positions everyone to succeed,\u201d said Pearl Alexander, senior director of people strategy in the Office of Human Resources. \u201cClarity of goals and performance expectations yields a highly productive, fulfilling work relationship between supervisors and team members.
