Applicants should be enrolled in, or have completed, a doctoral degree program, and should have policy related interests.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe Program\u2019s origins are in national and international security policy. \u0026nbsp;However, security relevant policy has always been, and continues to be, broadly defined by the program to\u0026nbsp;include such issues as: \u003Cbr
