Delgado Sayan was instrumental in developing the plans for a mass transit system currently under construction and partially in operation in Lima.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EAs a member of the distinguished alumni council of Peru, \u0026nbsp;Dr. Ing.
