We have developed a SCOPES, which enables immobilization of single cells in defined compartments and subsequent exposure to precise, temporal stimuli of large dynamic range, and simultaneous imaging of intracellular signaling. The composition of these lesions alters over time and a further understanding of these morphology changes in relation to wall shear stress is required.
