{"210341":{"#nid":"210341","#data":{"type":"news","title":"Complete Performance Evaluations By May 15","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EHaving an idea of what aspects of your job you\u2019re doing well \u2014 and what you could be doing better \u2014 is key to your success as an employee.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ETo ensure that faculty and staff receive this feedback and set work-related goals for the year to come, Institute leadership has requested that all managers complete performance evaluations and have goals outlined for their employees by May 15. \u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cThis year, we will begin a multiyear process to improve our collective knowledge, skills, and abilities as performance managers,\u201d said President G. P. \u201cBud\u201d Peterson. \u201cIt\u2019s important to the Institute that every manager and supervisor evaluates his or her employees and sets goals with them at least every 12 months.\u201d \u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EGoing forward, performance planning and the evaluation cycle will be aligned with the calendar year.
