{"218611":{"#nid":"218611","#data":{"type":"event","title":"Southeast Regional Energy Symposium (SERES)","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EThe Georgia Tech Southeast Regional Energy Symposium (SERES) will bring together\u0026nbsp;undergraduate summer interns and graduate students in energy-related fields as well as student residents, teachers, and faculty from local Atlanta-area colleges and universities interested in the technology-policy interface.\u0026nbsp;This workshop at Georgia Tech on July 14 and 15 will focus on the energy industry, nanotechnology, and the technology-policy interface.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ESERES will feature seminars with four renowned plenary speakers and lectures from Georgia Tech faculty upon important topics within the energy industry and energy-related research. There will be a complimentary barbeque and reception for all participants, and several networking opportunities will be present throughout the symposium.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EPrizes will be awarded to four posters based upon judging by SERES organizers. The first prize will be $250, the second prize will be $150, and the third prize (awarded to two poster) will be $50.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003ESubmit an abstract online by Sunday, June 30.
