  <title><![CDATA[Georgia Tech Co-authored Paper Wins ASME Best Paper Award]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>Recent Georgia Tech graduate<strong> Lei Ma</strong>, <a href="http://www.manufacturing.gatech.edu">Georgia Tech Manufacturing Institute</a>’s <strong>Dr. Shreyes Melkote</strong>, and <strong>Dr. James Castle</strong> with Boeing Research &amp; Technology were honored with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Best Paper award. Entitled “A Model-based Computationally Efficient Method for On-line Detection of Chatter in Milling, the paper was presented at the 2013 ASME Science and Engineering Conference in Madison, Wisc., June 10-14.</p><p>Lei Ma graduated with a doctorate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in May of this year.</p>]]></body>
