For students at all levels \u2014 undergraduate, graduate or postdoctoral \u2014 summer is when they should contact the Fellowships Office for advisement on applying to many prestigious award programs.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cStudents can prepare for applications effectively if they contact the Fellowships Office well in advance of the due date,\u201d said Karen Adams, associate director of the Fellowships Office. \u201cWriting a strong application involves several essay revisions, and some awards require correspondence with the host institution.\u201d\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Ch3\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EAll Students\u003C\/strong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/h3\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/www.newscenter.philips.com\/us_en\/standard\/about\/nbt\/index.html\u0022\u003EPhilips Innovation Fellowship\u003C\/a\u003E:\u003C\/strong\u003E Top prize is $60,000, and four other finalists receive $10,000.
