The organizers of the International Conference on Electron, Ion and Photon Beam Technology and Nanaofabrication have recognized this aspect of the field each year in its Annual MicroGraph Contest.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe 2013 Micrograph Photography Contest Grand Prize winner was Senior Researcher Devin Brown from the Georgia Tech Institute for Electronics and Nanotechnology (IEN). Devin presented his photo of a field image of residue from HSQ, water, and TMAH on silicon substrate entitled \u201cBlue Sun Flower\u201d at this year\u2019s EIPBN International Convention in Nashville Tennessee.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EDevin received both his Bachelor\u2019s and Master\u2019s Degrees in Electrical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology and is currently a specialist in electron beam lithography with IEN in the fields of nanotechnology and microfabrication.
