Videos graded by the professor and returned with feedback;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EGrades include many iLearn exercises, 2 videos, and 2 exams, which seem to provide a sufficient student work load\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E3.\u0026nbsp;WebEx Q\u0026amp;A Sessions\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E4. Asynchronous format with the option to work ahead\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E5. One main portal for sign-in instead of two\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E6. Professor\u2019s own videos that provide grammar explanations and student motivation\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E7. Professor has created a Facebook group whereby members will join without having to \u201cfriend\u201d each other, to protect privacy concerns. FB will be used as the class forum!\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EStudent responses\/reactions\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E1.) Self-starters really enjoy working on their own and working ahead and not having to attend lectures, while more \u201cdependent\u201d learners struggle a bit with organizing their time and meeting deadlines on their own (though reminders, encouraging messages, videos and other information are sent almost daily).\u0026nbsp; Overall, students seem to be happy with the course and with the prompt email replies and constant stream of information to help them along. \u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;2.)
