He is also the chair of the School of Computational Science and Engineering and the interim director of the Institute for Data \u0026amp; High Performance Computing (IDH).\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe ACM Special Interest Group on Simulation and Modeling seeks the advancement of the state-of-the-art in simulation and modeling. Simulation and modeling cut across a broad range of interests.
