322871 news 1410189339 1475896624 <![CDATA[TechSAge Investigators Awarded Seed Grant in Healthcare Innovation]]> The Emory-Georgia Tech Healthcare Innovation Program (HIP) in partnership with the Atlanta Clinical & Translational Science Institute (ACTSI) and Georgia State University (GSU) is pleased to announce the recipients of the sixth round of research seed grants in Healthcare Innovation.  The Healthcare Innovation Seed Grant program funds multi-investigator, multi-disciplinary teams examining healthcare services and clinical effectiveness. The awards support innovative approaches that address issues of healthcare quality, costs, and/or access.

TechSAge investigators Theodore M. Johnson, Brian Jones, and Carolyn Clevenger received the award for their project titled, “Assessing Gait speed to Inform fraiLty Evaluation (AGILE)”, which is related to their TechSAge project D1.3, “A Mobile Application to Measure Gait Speed”.
