This workshop will provide advice to attendees on negotiating compensation, financial management, and how to approach each endeavor with the confidence, knowledge and skills you need to succeed. Details will include considering the entire compensation package such as what the position offers in terms of benefits such as training, growth opportunities and a good work environment. In addition, speakers will address topics concerning when it is appropriate to have a conversation with an employer about salary, how to create a strong rationale for why you are negotiating, and the like.
