  <body><![CDATA[<p>Business Insider has ranked the Georgia Institute of Technology as the smartest public college in the country. In order to determine a school’s overall smarts,&nbsp;<a href="http://www.tip.duke.edu/node/960">Jonathan Wai</a>, a&nbsp;Duke University Talent Identification Program researcher,&nbsp;analyzed&nbsp;the average standardized&nbsp;test&nbsp;scores that schools report to&nbsp;<a href="http://www.usnews.com/">US News</a>.&nbsp;(Those that did not report scores are not included.) University of California-Berkley, College of William and Mary, the United States Air Force Academy, and the University of Virginia rounded out the top five.</p>]]></body>
