  <title><![CDATA[Matthew Oliver invited to present at seminar on natural gas pipelines at the University of Memphis]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>On Nov. 7, 2014, Matthew E. Oliver was invited by the Economics Department at the University of Memphis to present a seminar on his research on natural gas pipelines. &nbsp;The working paper he presented is entitled “Optimal Capacity and Two-Part Pricing for Natural Gas Pipelines under Alternative Regulatory Constraints”, and is coauthored by David Finnoff and Charles F. Mason of the University of Wyoming.&nbsp; Dr. Oliver received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Memphis in 2008.</p>]]></body>
