He received his Ph.D. in Transportation and Infrastructure Systems from Purdue University in 2014 and holds a master\u0026rsquo;s degree in Transportation Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India. He received his Bachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree in civil engineering from MIT Muzaffarpur, India.
