  <title><![CDATA[H-1B Cap Timeline Announcements from USCIS]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>U.S. Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) has recently announced the timeline for the 2016 H-1B cap. As expected, USCIS will begin accepting H-1B petitions for 2016 on April 1, 2015.
