The \u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/www.fcc.gov\/document\/disability-advisory-committee\u0022\u003EDisability Advisory Committee\u003C\/a\u003E will provide advice and recommendations to the commission on a wide array of disability matters within the jurisdiction of the commission and facilitate the participation of people with disabilities in proceedings before the commission. \u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cI am tremendously excited for the FCC\u2019s Disability Advisory Committee to begin its important work,\u201d said FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler. \u201cThis new committee will provide sorely needed expertise and recommendations from consumer and industry stakeholders on communications and video programming issues.
