Georgia Tech\u2019s Office of Human Resources is working to combat these challenges by offering free health, wellness and benefits education classes for Tech employees. Now in its thrid year, the Be Well education series helps provide employees with the tools necessary to make smarter health- and benefits-related decisions every day.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003ETaught by trained professionals, the Be Well topics range from healthy cooking demos to managing performance review stress. This initiative stemmed from the work of the President\u2019s Family Friendly Task Force Policies. The task force was created to promote a balance between work, school and family responsibilities for Georgia Tech students and employees.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u201cI am most excited for the addition of nutritional programs to this year\u2019s Be Well series,\u201d said Brantley Eaton, work\/life benefits specialist for the Office of Human Resources. \u201cWe continue to build upon popular programs from previous years and roll out new classes to attract a wider audience.
