This means that spouses and children of nonimmigrant F-1 students will have the opportunity to study part-time at Georgia Tech and other SEVP-certified schools if accepted using standard criteria. This part-time study may go toward the earning of a degree.\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EWhile F-2 dependents will now have the opportunity to study part-time, they are still not eligible to apply for work authorization.
