The aim is to broaden perspectives with insight into evidence-based best practices and exposure to new and innovative teaching methods. This is accomplished through cohort meetings, connection with faculty mentors, visits to classrooms of established faculty, opportunities for classroom observations and classroom dialogues, and connections with other CETL resources.
