On July 2, 2015, detailed move in instructions will be posted on our website which will give you important dates, times, locations, and directions. There will be specific links for Freshman, Transfer, and Graduate students. Also, have your student monitor his/her email.  New freshmen may move in on August 13, and all other residents move in August 15. When students are packing, they (and their parents) should use our Items to Bring page for suggestions.  Don’t let them pack too much, and encourage communication between roommates to avoid duplicate items.

After the first week of July, residents should be able to view their room assignment and roommate(s) information in the online application.  If a room change is desired, he/she can do this using the Room Swap tab in the application.  It is best if all room changes are completed online prior to checking out the room key. If your student has not applied for housing, but would like to do so, the application is still open.
