Have you registered your bicycle or laptop?

Did you bring more than just your intelligence to Georgia Tech? You should register it with GTPD. Registration of bicycles or other property is beneficial to you in case it gets stolen or lost. Registration is quick and easy, and can all be done online. We recommend registering at least your phone and laptop, but anything with a serial number can be registered. The link is located below.

http://police.gatech.edu/services/property/

Bicycle registration is just as important as your laptop. When you register your bicycle we will provide you with a registration number and decal for your bike. As an added bonus, you will receive a GTPD headlight and rear safety reflector. If your bicycle is lost or stolen, the registration information could aid in locating your bike. Also, at the end of each semester bicycles that appear to be abandoned will be tagged and cut after 30 days. If your bike is removed and has been registered with us, we can contact you immediately. Register online at the link below or with any of our core campus officers (the police officers in the bright yellow shirts).

http://police.gatech.edu/services/bicycle/

<!-- Disquisition: it's funny how I write these TODOs and then never
revisit them. It's as though the act of writing the thing down frees me
