This amount of notice will enable all those planning events to attend a meeting of the campus Event Logistics Committee, which provides information and assistance to students, faculty, and staff hosting events. For outdoor events that are co-hosted with non-Georgia Tech entities, there will now be a $200 space usage fee, replacing the previous $1,000 deposit.

For classroom scheduling, students will now need to book classroom space three days in advance, as opposed to the 24-hour notice previously required. This change was made in part to help with the collection of cleaning fees when they are required.
