The celebration promises an unforgettable evening that celebrates the remarkable talents of alumni and faculty - from an original installation environment by alumnus, artist, and professor Tristan Al-Haddad, to an outrageous costume contest as guests don creative architectural black tie attire. Guests will enjoy fabulous food stations created by caterer and class of '56 alum Jerry Dilts, and dancing with one of the region's best-loved bands, League of Decency.

"This is our time to flaunt the great pride we have in our alumni and in our history," said Alan Balfour, Dean of the college. "And in the spirit of awe-inspiring design, we also want to create an experience that will properly launch the next century of architectural education at Georgia Tech."

Dean Balfour's Centennial Host Committee continues its outreach to Class Champions who will help spread the word and encourage attendance among classmates. The effort, led by Dick Bunn, '73; Mary Turnipseed, '88; John Busby, '56; and Jennifer Ball, '94; is critical to the success of the gala.
