Learn how to grow and preserve your wealth. And, as you will learn in the class, the sooner you start, the better the results. One of the most important components of gaining financial independence is time and you have an abundance of it!

This course examines stocks, bonds, and mutual funds, but also other investment resources. Like most things in life there are principles used in investing that give you a better chance of achieving financial independence. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn the principles from an experienced financial planner for less than the cost of a one hour consultation!

Meets: Tuesdays weekly from 6 PM - 8 PM, October 20th - November 17th in the Crescent Room of the Student Center

Supplies: Students supply their own text, "Principle Based Investing by Alan Skrainka, CFA. A financial calculator is helpful, but not required. There are several free Android apps (look for HP12C) as well as inexpensive Apple apps.
