Thanks to the high caliber programs, events, and workshops that have been scheduled each year, it has significantly\u0026nbsp;increased the visibility of French-American relations in the U.S. Southeast.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u0026nbsp;Cooperation \u0026amp; exchange\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EAttracting each year many\u0026nbsp;high profile participants and experts in the field,\u0026nbsp;\u0026shy;France-Atlanta seeks to identify areas of synergy and expertise that will lead to concrete results.\u0026nbsp;Many transatlantic collaborations\u0026nbsp;have resulted from this ambitious endeavor,\u0026nbsp;including the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Paris airports and region and the City of Atlanta to develop the two airport zones, the structured scientific cooperation between Georgia Tech and CNRS on graphene, the creation of an International Associated Laboratory between Emory\u2019s Winship Cancer Institute and INSERM, the strengthening of the sister-city relationship between Atlanta and Toulouse, and the artistic residencies of internationally recognized artists Pierre Gonnord, Mohamed Bourrouissa and Pierre Rigal.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EEach year, more than\u0026nbsp;3,500 attendees\u0026nbsp;from France, Atlanta, and beyond come and enjoy the rich and diverse program offered.
