The driver fled\u0026nbsp;and ultimately ended up on campus, crashing into the bollards and a tree at the\u0026nbsp;O\u0027Keefe Building. The vehicle caught fire and upon arriving on the scene, a Georgia Tech police officer found the driver\u0026nbsp;deceased.
