The overarching purpose of the review is to ensure students and recognized student organizations receive fair and equitable treatment and protections under Tech\u2019s Student Code of Conduct.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EPresident Peterson has asked Nels Peterson (no relation), chief legal officer and secretary to the University System of Georgia\u2019s Board of Regents, to chair the working group.
