  <body><![CDATA[<p>Using two different types of chemical etching to create features at both the micron and nanometer size scales, researchers at the Georgia Institute of Technology have developed a surface treatment that could boost the light absorption of silicon photovoltaic cells in two complementary ways.  </p>
