Please check back at the BC website for future announcements.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>http://www.bc.gatech.edu/employment-opportunities</em></strong></p><p align="center">&nbsp;</p><p align="center"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p align="center"><strong>GEORGIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY</strong></p><p align="center"><strong>School of Building Construction</strong></p><p align="center"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p align="center"><strong>Faculty Position</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p align="center"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The School of Building Construction at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a faculty position in the area of facility and/or real estate management.&nbsp; The position is anticipated to be filled at the Assistant Professor level; however, appointments at the Associate Professor level may be considered for outstanding candidates or a Professor of Practice may be considered for applicants with strong experience in the field.&nbsp; A doctoral degree in facility management, building construction, real estate, management, engineering or a related field of study is desired. The target start date for the position is August 15, 2016, and the search will remain open until the position is filled.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The School of Building Construction seeks to become the leading force of innovation in integrated facility management, integrated project delivery, residential construction &amp; development, and program management.&nbsp; Its Master of Science degree in Building Construction and Facility Management is accredited by the International Facility Management Association Foundation and recognized by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.&nbsp; The School also offers a Ph.D. degree with a major in Building Construction.</p><p>The successful candidate will be expected to teach graduate courses; develop a sponsored research program; advise and mentor students; collaborate with other faculty in multidisciplinary research; interact and participate in outreach activities; and be involved in service to the Institute and the profession. Scholarly collaborations with other units in the College of Architecture and across campus with the College of Engineering, the College of Business, and the College of Computing, are expected.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, including academic and professional experience, a list of journal and conference publications, a one-page statement of teaching philosophy, a one-page statement of research interests and objectives, and the names and contact information for at least five professional references as a single PDF file to <a href="mailto:BC-Search@gatech.edu">BC-Search@gatech.edu</a>.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Requests for further information should be directed to:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p align="center">Kathy O.
