Dr. Soh\u0027s presentation will focus on the role that Korea must play as a bridge between developing and developed countries, as he analyzes the progress that has been made in the case of Korea.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EChangrok Soh is professor of the Graduate School of International Studies at Korea University; Deputy Director of the Asia Center for Human Rights; and director of the Citizens\u0027 Alliance for North Korean Human Rights. He has a BA in International Relations from Seoul National University and MS and Ph.D. degrees from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
