This setting gives rise to\u0026nbsp;pessimistic (optimistic) ambiguous chance constraints, which require the corresponding classical chance constraints to be satisfied for\u0026nbsp;every (for at least one) distribution in the ambiguity set. We provide tight conditions under which pessimistic and optimistic joint chance\u0026nbsp;constraints are computationally tractable, and we show numerical results that illustrate the power of our tractability results.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBio\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EGrani A. Hanasusanto is a postdoctoral researcher at the \u00c9cole Polytechnique F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne. He holds a PhD degree in Operations Research from Imperial College London and an MSc degree in Financial Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
