The main theme of the BHI2016 is the \u201cIntegrative informatics for precision and preventive medicine.\u201d Advancing health informatics has been identified as a grand challenge for engineering in the 21\u003Csup\u003Est \u003C\/sup\u003Ecentury by the National Academy of Engineering.
