  <title><![CDATA[New Privacy Deal Between US and Europe Reached]]></title>
  <body><![CDATA[<p>U.S. and European regulators agreed to a tentative&nbsp;deal that would allow U.S. companies to continue moving the personal information of Europeans across the Atlantic. The new "E.U.-U.S. Privacy Shield" deal replaces the original "Safe Harbor" pact — an agreement that was struck down by Europe's top court last year, sending regulators&nbsp;on both sides scrambling to establish a new arrangement.
