The weeklong science celebration takes place on March 19-26 in various venues in the city, as well as in the Georgia Tech Campus.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EAs in previous years, ASF is expected to attract huge numbers of curious people, young and old.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;I\u0026rsquo;m thrilled by the size of the crowds that ASF is attracting to its numerous events,\u0026rdquo; said College of Sciences Dean Paul M. Goldbart. \u0026ldquo;We\u0026rsquo;ve long known that science paves the way for the advances in technology and medicine that enrich the quality of our lives. But the recent explosion in our fascination with technology seems to have triggered a thirst in the community to know more about science and mathematics themselves, and I\u0026rsquo;m delighted that Georgia Tech and our festival partners are helping satisfy this thirst.\u0026rdquo;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003E\u0026ldquo;We are especially eager to spark young people\u0026rsquo;s interest in careers in science,\u0026rdquo; Dean Goldbart added. \u0026ldquo;We\u0026rsquo;d love for them to become students at Georgia Tech and join us\u0026nbsp;in our quest to advance the frontiers of scientific knowledge.\u0026rdquo;\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Cp\u003EThe Georgia Tech community will be hosting 10 events through March 25.
