She is responsible for the day-to-day business and financial aspects of the College and supervises an annual combined budget of $45M. CoC funding sources include: government and industry sponsored research; grant, gift, and foundation funding; as well as state instructional and administration funds. In collaboration with the Institute’s Central Business Office, the Office of Sponsored Programs, and Grant & Contract Administration, Carla also supports College of Computing faculty and staff at all levels of research proposal development and funding management. She graduated with a BS from Georgia State University in 1993.
