His talk, \u0022Talent and Competencies for a Successful Career in Aerospace\u0022 will give insight into the field, which he knows intimately as the senior vice president of strategy and education for Dassault Aviation.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cem\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EAbout the Lecture\u003C\/strong\u003E\u003C\/em\u003E\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe optimal management of complex programs in an international and changing environment requires a bushy set of technical competences and of course a large dose of talent. Both will be highlighted, and partially discovered by the students, following a logical track running through : customer satisfaction, cooperation with partners, implementation of coherent processes, governance of teams, elaboration of business plans and finally culture of \u201cpatrimony.\u0022 These six points will be developed in the lecture with examples based on operational situations.
