{"51386":{"#nid":"51386","#data":{"type":"news","title":"College of Computing Brings Master\u0027s Curriculum to Korea University with New Dual Degree","body":[{"value":"\u003Cp\u003EThe Georgia Tech Board of Regents has recently approved a Dual Degree Masters Program in Embedded Software to be administered jointly by the College of Computing and Korea University (KU), Seoul, South Korea. The College of Computing won the bid to run this program as a result of an open competition held by the Ministry of Information and Communication of the South Korean Government.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EThe new program will be fully funded by the South Korean Government, and will aim to re-train engineers already working in leading South Korean companies such as Samsung, LG, and KT in the area of embedded software.\u00a0 Students enrolled in the program will receive a Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science specializing in embedded software upon completion of the program requirements, which will be met by a combination of Georgia Tech and KU courses.
