Ogdensburg, NY had the nation\u2019s highest-scoring policy in 2014.\u003Cbr \/\u003E\u003Cbr \/\u003EMore than 830 jurisdictions at the local, regional, and state levels have now enacted Complete Streets policies\u2014a remarkable feat considering that a mere 33 policies were in place a decade ago.
