The overall goal of the event was to foster a discussion between sociologists and historians to help forge a path for future inquiry.\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EFeatured panelists from the Ivan Allen College included Christopher Le Dantec, assistant professor in the School of Literature, Media, and Communication, and Elizabeth Higginbotham, distinguished visiting professor in the School of History and Sociology.
