A passionate of advocate of design, Tom has been driving the convergence of multi-disciplinary innovation for over 20 years with one of the world\u2019s best company of brands with a stated mission of touching lives and improving life of the world\u2019s consumers. Tom has been especially focusing in the area of design-inspired innovation and bringing to life new experiences in consumer-relevant ways. Capitalizing on P\u0026amp;G\u2019s growing awareness of the power of design, Tom has driven design through experiential learning with all of the senior leadership of the company, leveraged design thinking on brands and company strategy initiatives, and delivered design-inspired organizational changes to improve the effectives of operations in virtually every function.\n\u003C\/p\u003E\n\u003Cp\u003EOver the course of his career with P\u0026amp;G, Tom has made significant contributions to some of the company\u2019s largest brands. From communication design, product design and innovation platforms spanning multiple categories, Tom has led initiatives on brands such as Pampers, Tide and Pantene. Today, with a focus on inspiring and propelling innovative practices, he is pursuing broad application of design thinking to simplify the complexities of consumer choice to improve the lives of all the world\u2019s consumers.
