As a new member, Georgia Tech joins more than 700 colleges and universities in the acquisition, preservation, and distribution of social science data.\u003Cbr \/\u003E \u003Cbr \/\u003E Established in 1962, ICPSR is the world\u0027s largest collection of digital social science data from sociology, political science, economics, demography, education, child care, health care, crime, minority populations, aging, terrorism, substance abuse, mental health, public policy, and international relations.\u003Cbr \/\u003E \u003Cbr \/\u003E Note that ICPSR does not provide publications, reports, or ready-made statistics. What ICPSR does supply are the numeric raw data used to create publications, reports, and figures.\u003Cbr \/\u003E \u003Cbr \/\u003E All Georgia Tech staff, students, and faculty have access to the extensive ICPSR data holdings via any campus computer or Georgia Tech IP address.
