Therefore, in the undergraduate course\u0026nbsp;\u003Ca href=\u0022http:\/\/shadow.eas.gatech.edu\/~kcobb\/energy\/e_crc.html\u0022\u003EEAS 3110\u003C\/a\u003E,\u0026nbsp;entitled \u201cEnergy, the Environment, and Society,\u201d she challenges students to develop projects during the semester that will reduce real-world carbon footprints for the \u0022Carbon Reduction Challenge.\u0022\u0026nbsp;\u003C\/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EEach year the winning team receives funding for their project and the opportunity to travel to Washington, D.C. to discuss their project with staffers for Georgia\u2019s congressional representatives. \u0026nbsp;This year the winning team consisted of\u0026nbsp;Ruchi Aggarwal, Kyle J. Hamilton, Max B. Rosenbaum, Marissa N. Snyder and Public Policy\u0027s own Janet L. Ploussard.\u0026nbsp; Their \u201cRays the Roof\u0022 project \u0026nbsp;retrofitted the roof of the O.
